Knoxville, TN — Trinitas Ventures, a fully integrated real estate firm combining data-driven planning, disciplined execution, and design-forward development, broke ground on Laster Farms at Turkey Creek, a new multifamily development in Knoxville, Tennessee, near the Farragut community and Turkey Creek corridor. The ceremony, held on-site in Knox County, marks the official start of construction on a community that will introduce 320 new residences to one of the Knoxville region’s fastest-growing corridors. First move-ins are expected by summer 2027.
The $80 million project will deliver 240 apartments and 80 townhomes featuring a modern farmhouse aesthetic, with high-end finishes and a cohesive design that blends interior and exterior living. One-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts will be available, with rents expected to range from $1,800 to $2,800 per month.
