Loren leads Trinitas’ corporate vision and
strategy overseeing the company’s investment, finance, development,
construction and property management activities. Under Loren’s
leadership, Trinitas has developed nearly $1 billion in
university-centric real estate and is currently developing nearly
$1 billion in student housing and mixed-use projects. Prior to
co-founding Trinitas, Loren served as a corporate law attorney for
Frost Brown Todd and in the international corporate affairs office
of a multinational Fortune 500 company. He is a member of the
Indiana bar association (and an inactive member of the Illinois and
Kentucky bar associations), his local chamber of commerce, and his
local, state and national apartment associations. Loren also serves
on the Indiana leadership council of the National Federation of
Independent Businesses (NFIB) as well as the Urban Land Institute
Student Housing Council. In addition, he formerly served as a board
member of the Indiana Apartment Association and is a deacon at
his church.
Loren graduated with distinction from the Indiana University Maurer
School of Law and earned a Master of Business Administration from
the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with a
concentration in New Venture and Real Estate Finance. He also
earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University.

Chris King EVP, Development Operations and Construction

Chris leads Trinitas’ student housing
project development operations, pre-construction and construction
operations. He has been involved in real estate development for
over fifteen years and has earned his Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional credential.
Chris also provides legal counsel for Trinitas with a focus on
construction activities. He is a member of the Indiana Bar
Association, the Tippecanoe County Bar Association and the Chamber
of Commerce. He also leads youth and teen programs at his local
church.
Chris is a graduate of University of Notre Dame and New York
University School of Law.

Aaron directs mixed-use development for
Trinitas, bringing more than 20 years of experience to his role.
Prior to joining Trinitas, Aaron directed mixed-use development for
General Growth Properties. Most recently, he oversaw commercial
real estate activity for University of Chicago, leading the
redevelopment of the historic 53rd Street commercial corridor in
Hyde Park.
Aaron received his Master of Regional Planning degree from the
University of North Carolina and earned his Bachelor of
Architecture degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He is
a licensed architect and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI)
and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Brad Bennett EVP, Development

At Trinitas, Brad is responsible for
identifying potential markets for future development projects and
cultivating the new development pipeline. He also oversees the
development, acquisition, and finance team focused on market
research, site identification, underwriting, and debt and equity
financing. Prior to joining Trinitas, Brad worked in various real
estate finance roles developing office, retail and senior housing.
Brad brings over 10 years of commercial real estate finance and
development experience to his role at Trinitas.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Science in finance and Master of
Business Administration degrees, with distinction, from Butler
University.

Patrick Filice General Counsel, EVP – Risk Management

Pat leads the legal strategy for Trinitas
where he is responsible for managing, directing, and advising the
company on a broad range of legal issues related to land
acquisition, financing, property development, construction, and
leasing, as well as legal matters related to the daily operations
of the company. He also oversees litigation matter and risk
mitigation. Prior to joining Trinitas, Pat served as corporate
counsel for Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he acted as a strategic
advisor to senior management and developers in collection with all
aspects of real estate transactions.
Pat received his Juris Doctor Master of Business Administration
degree from Loyola University Chicago and earned his Bachelor of
Science in Finance from Boston College.

Julia SponsellerEVP, People and Culture

University: Indiana University
Julia is responsible for leading Trinitas’
people and culture strategies. She focuses on championing Trinitas’
efforts to build great culture, grow employee engagement, and
expand leadership development, learning, and training programs.
Julia brings over 12 years of experience in people operations, with
specific specialties in proactive total rewards, M&A
integrations, and talent development. Prior to joining Trinitas,
Julia served as the vice president of people and administration at
Mandolin and is a Tech 25 Award Winner.
Julia received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management
& Economics from Indiana University.
Full Disclosure: Julia is a huge sports fan. Recently, she travelled all the way to London with her husband to visit the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and see Harry Kane play in real life.
Eric Wojak EVP, Build to Rent and Multifamily

Eric oversees Trinitas’ build-for-rent and
multifamily division throughout the country, leading the
acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, and operations for
each community.
Prior to joining Trinitas, he served as vice president of
development at Thompson Thrift where he was responsible for the
company’s build-for-rent development efforts. Eric brings more than
15 years of experience to his role.
Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the
Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and earned his Masters of
Business Administration from Indiana State University.

Julia Watson;EVP, Property Management

Julia leads Trinitas’ property management
strategy and operations and is responsible for the success of the
company’s portfolio. She brings over 22 years of experience in the
multifamily industry, starting her career as a leasing agent in
2002. Julia has held various leadership positions in the property
and leadership pathway and has earned the CAM and HCCP
designations. She has operated and overseen assets across all
classes, including ground-up development, LIHTC, BTR, mixed-use
development and renovation/value-add and repositioned projects.
Prior to joining Trinitas, she served as senior vice president for
an NMHC Top 50 management company and has led large scale
operations teams at other nationally recognized management firms
such as The Bainbridge Companies, RAM Partners and Alliance
Residential.
Julia attended the University of Georgia where she majored in
Business Management.

At Trinitas, Brett is responsible for
executing on debt and equity capital markets activities and
developing and maintaining relationships with partners, lenders,
and intermediaries. Brett previously served as Managing Director at
Greystone. He focused on Student Housing and Multifamily Debt and
Equity solutions, which included Debt Placement, JV Equity, Agency
Finance, Bridge Lending, CMBS, and Subordinate Debt. Brett worked
closely with both the Greystone Platform and Cushman Wakefield’s
Student Housing Team. Prior to joining Greystone, he spent 17 years
with Wells Fargo, most recently serving as a Managing Director for
the Commercial Real Estate Group within the Corporate and
Investment Banking Division. In this role, he led loan origination
throughout the United States and client development efforts for
institutional and large commercial real estate clients across the
Midwest..
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real
Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin at
Madison. Mr. Hill is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate
Alumni Association.

Allison SchlarbSVP, Marketing

Allison is responsible leading the marketing
strategy for Trinitas where she is responsible for the development
and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to support
the leasing of all of Trinitas’ real estate assets in each
vertical. Additionally, she oversees the company’s corporate
marketing including brand and reputation management, corporate
communications, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Trinitas,
Allison served as the vice president of marketing at CA Ventures
and brings 15 years of experience to her role.
Allison received her Bachelor of Science in Management and
Marketing from the University of South Carolina.

Planning and Analysis, and Tax. With a remarkable 25-year career in

estate sector, Bill brings a wealth of experience and expertise to
his new role.
Prior to becoming a part of the Trinitas team, Bill served as the
Head of Fund Finance for DWS Group, a prominent international asset
manager with nearly $1 trillion in assets under management (AUM).
His eight-year tenure at DWS allowed him to develop a deep
understanding of fund finance and investment management. Before his
time at DWS, Bill held the position of Senior Vice President and
National Director at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was
responsible for performance measurement and accounting for
LaSalle's custom accounts portfolio in the Americas.
Bill's educational background is equally impressive, with a B.S. in
Commerce and a concentration in Accounting from DePaul University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CFA Charterholder,
underscoring his commitment to excellence in the field.

Kyle oversees the Accounting and Finance
functions at Trinitas. These groups are responsible for budgeting,
compliance, forecasting, and monthly investor reporting of the
Trinitas portfolio. Kyle brings over 9 years of experience, all
with Trinitas, having held various positions in both the Accounting
and Finance groups prior to settling into his current role. During
this time, Kyle has been a part of $950 million+ of dispositions,
even more new project starts, and multiple refinancings.
Kyle received his Bachelor of Science with an Advanced Accountancy
Certificate from Purdue University and is actively working on
reactivating his CPA license in the state of Indiana.

Michael KleinVP, Development Acquisitions

Mike is responsible for leading the
development acquisitions team to identify and secure development
opportunities for Trinitas across all different real estate asset
types. He is a veteran real estate professional with broad
experience sourcing land and executing development projects
including multifamily, luxury single-family and resort & leisure
integrated master planned communities. Prior to joining Trinitas,
Mike served as the director of development at SC Bodner
Company.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in General Management from
Purdue University.
Full Disclosure: Mike is an avid fisherman, and his largest catch to-date is a 252.5-pound Mako Shark caught off the coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.
Damian VanMatre Vice President, Development Operations

Damian oversees the company’s development
throughout the country, from conceptualization to completion. He’s
responsible for performing due diligence, negotiating services, and
implementing schedules that govern the design and construction of
projects. Prior to joining Trinitas, Damian spent over a decade in
commercial real estate, developing national projects for outpatient
healthcare facilities. He has 17 years of experience in real estate
development.
Damian received his Bachelor of Science degree in construction
engineering and management from Purdue University and a Master of
Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and
finance. Damian is LEED certified.

Hardik PatelVP, Pre-Construction

Hardik leads the preconstruction efforts for
each of the different real estate asset types: student, mixed-use,
build-for-rent, and multifamily. He is responsible for establishing
hard cost budgets, preparing massing plans, finalizing construction
contracts, and establishing relationships with General Contractors,
Subcontractors and Suppliers throughout the country. Prior to
joining Trinitas, Hardik served as vice president of
preconstruction at CA Ventures. He brings over 22 years of
experience to his role and has finalized over $1.5 billion in
construction contracts.
Hardik earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from Northeastern Illinois University.

Andy Wishart Vice President, Construction

Andy, a 29-year veteran of the construction
industry, is responsible for the company’s national off-campus
student housing construction projects. He has been involved in
commercial and multifamily construction management for more than 25
years and has directed the construction of more than $1 billion in
real estate. Prior to joining Trinitas, he worked for Turner
Construction, one of the largest and most prestigious commercial
construction firms in the world.
Andy is a commissioned officer in the United States Navy and has
degrees in geology and geophysics from Indiana University and
construction engineering and management from Purdue. He is LEED AP
BD+C accredited.
