William “Bill” Swiderski has joined Trinitas Ventures as the Senior Vice President of Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Tax. With a remarkable 25-year career in accounting and investment management within the commercial real estate sector, Bill brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
Prior to becoming a part of the Trinitas team, Bill served as the Head of Fund Finance for DWS Group, a prominent international asset manager with nearly $1 trillion in assets under management (AUM). His eight-year tenure at DWS allowed him to develop a deep understanding of fund finance and investment management. Before his time at DWS, Bill held the position of Senior Vice President and National Director at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for performance measurement and accounting for LaSalle’s custom accounts portfolio in the Americas.
Bill’s educational background is equally impressive, with a B.S. in Commerce and a concentration in Accounting from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CFA Charterholder, underscoring his commitment to excellence in the field.
Full Disclosure: When asked what his ‘full disclosure’ statement would be, Bill cut straight to the chase. According to him, “I’ve turned into a middle-aged cliché. I bought a Jeep, started collecting vinyl records, and will only drink craft beer.” Sounds like a good time!
