4th Street Design is the in-house design service at Trinitas, supporting our development teams and partners through every stage of a project. With a focus on brand alignment and interior cohesion, 4th Street ensures that what we imagine on paper is brought to life with purpose, personality, and precision.
Our Role + Approach
Rather than operating as a stand-alone design studio, 4th Street works as a consultative, embedded partner across Trinitas’ vertically integrated platform.
Partners with external design teams, and internal development teams to ensure consistency and clarity across design decisions.
Involved early to help shape the visual direction of the community, including color palettes, finishes, and brand-inspired details.
Oversees sourcing, procurement, and installation of all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for amenity and leasing spaces.
Coordinates and manages all final setup to ensure design intent is realized in every space—on time and on brand.
