Mark brings over sixteen years of experience in commercial real estate finance, accounting and asset management to his role as Trinitas’ chief financial officer. In this role, Mark oversees the capital structure of Trinitas including the maintenance and development of key debt and equity relationships for the company. Mark also directly manages the accounting and finance divisions of the company which includes budgeting, forecasting and the maintenance of joint venture relations with Trinitas’ equity partners. Before joining Trinitas, Mark served as director of financial planning and analysis for General Growth Properties, Inc., a public retail REIT that owns, manages and develops super-regional shopping centers. Prior to his finance role at GGP, Mark worked in managerial capacities in the accounting, asset management and joint venture relations groups at the company. Preceding his career at General Growth, he worked for The Taubman Company, a public retail REIT engaged in the development and management of regional and super regional shopping centers. Throughout his real estate career, Mark has been directly or indirectly involved with $8 billion of acquisitions, $5 billion of secured property refinancing and $3 billion of development investment. Mark is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is also an active volunteer in youth baseball leagues in the West Lafayette, Indiana area.
Mark is a graduate of the University of North Florida and holds a Certificate in Management Accounting.
